Kevin has co-owned and operated Reid & Pederson Drainage since 1986 and Trenchless Innovations since 2002. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Kevin oversees the many hours of training our service technicians receive. He takes pride in providing our customers with professional technicians who can diagnose and complete repairs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

This company, as well as Reid and Pederson were awesome to do business with! From start to finish, every step and costs were clearly explained. Everyone from the office staff to the field crews were courteous and professional! They installed a clean out in my yard that required digging a 4" x 5' x 6" deep hole and then installed a liner in my clay tile sewer because of tree root problems. When they were done you wouldn't even know any work was done in my yard because they were so careful and thorough with cleaning up! Trenchless Innovation was recommended by my home inspector after we found the house we were purchasing has asbestos problem. Glad I hired them, the whole office is just full of amazing employees- everyone that we ever got to work with is friendly and very professional.
We just got our first application done, I couldn't be there for most of the time but the technician, Josh, tried keeping me updated throughout the day.

From the very beginning of our experience with Trenchless Innovations, they were very helpful through understanding the process to fix our ducts, quickly arranging a date to come out and assess what we needed done, and then also scheduling the first and second applications of the coating of our ducts. The consultation was a positive experience and the man who came to assess our needs was very helpful and explanatory of the whole process. Trenchless Innovations was recommended to us by our home inspector while we were in the process of buying our house when he noticed that the ducts were in-slab sonotube (cardboard). We first scheduled a video ductwork inspection with them, which revealed collapsed, frayed and weak areas. They were able to restore our ducts by spray lining them with a concrete substance and applying them with a rubberized duct lining material without having to bust up our floors. We highly recommend them if you're looking for a non-disruptive way to restore your ducts as it's worth the long-term investment!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Product is revolutionary and has changed my life! But the better thing (how could there be better??) is that the people who run the office and provide these services are exceptional! I searched for several (worrisome) weeks for an answer to the mold I had found growing in my in-slab duct work. After my estimate, I knew these people were legitimate. And they CARED!
