Whole Body Cryotherapy is the newest and most advanced recovery method available. Working with Pearson Chiropractic in Federal way has been a life changing experience. I discovered their office after I was rear ended at a stop light. Their comprehensive approach was amazing. Not just a bandaid, but working from all angles to make me whole again. Dr. Khakh’s treatment plan combined physical therapy, massage therapy, and education I used at home to heal my body. Just had my first visit with Pearsons Chiropractic with Glenn (Massage Therapist) and it was absolutely amazing. He definitely paid close attention to my problem areas and worked out the knots. I left feeling like a million bucks. The atmosphere is so calming and the staff is amazing!!! Super polite and accommodating. I will for sure keep coming back and refer them to everyone I know.

My amazing experience started talking to Brandi on the phone, she is amazing! She listen to my problem, she prioritized my need and guided me Thuringia the whole process. Then we meet Dr K, so professional and he really cares for his patients. Even my kids love him and imitate what he does at home :) The whole staff at Pearson Federal Way are amazing. Over the period of a year things went from bad to worse. I originally started going here because my neck was hurting, but by the end of this ordeal my everything was hurting. I started visited Pearson since… June 2019 everything was great, doctors are very professional. Until this year of April, they sent me a billing notification that I own them about $1000. I tried to contact them to find out what is going on, the front desk couldn’t answer my questions at all. They keep trying to have someone else to answer my questions. WHY DO I OWN THEM MONEY??? I walked in today for an appointment and only because I inquired about charges I was informed that my out of pocket expenses was over 500.00. They reception said “I guess you slipped through the crack and we forgot to tell you.” “But u signed the financial agreement”, which she promptly handed me. Dr. Pearson and Dr. Graham went out of their way to adjust my son and come in when they were scheduled off just to ensure he was feeling good and ready to go for his football scrimmage. Just absolutely amazing. he has been treating my daughter for the past couple months. I wouldn't normally trust anyone adjusting her and working on her due to her being a young elite gymnast but man oh man he is amazing. talks about the progress that she is making and target areas that will be getting worked on along with what to expect and more.
