Worst bank to get, had gotten my account hacked and the fraud center basically didn't help, still got hacked a second time cause they lefted my card unlocked when it was suppose to be locked out

In my 30 years of banking, not once - never - have I been charged a bank fee. Enter Pioneer Bank, with their usurious and petty charges. When I moved to Carlsbad a few months ago, I was told by coworkers that customer service was non-existent. Sadly, that has proven to be true.

Pioneer Bank I have been banking here for over 10 years the Personel has been great. What I like about is there staff there personally, every one that works for pioneer bank are good people. I will refer them to all my friends and family to bank here.

Friendly local bank they keep up to date with the current regulations without any of the confusion or frustration on their customers. I have both personal and business accounts. Thier online banking is the best. It puts all the information and tools like bill pay and mobile deposit in an easy to use and understand format that doesn't require much fuss at all. At the oher local banks, I've experienced a number of problems including funds going missing repetitive charges for the same transaction even charge multiple overdraft fees when their own systems show I have funds available, I've even had

Opened a new checking and savings account with Delma today. Wow what a professional she is and solid asset Pioneer Bank. I really appreciate her concern when she became aware that I cut my left pinky finger on the entrance door entering the bank today. She immediately assisted in obtaining a bandage. I've been banking with Pioneer Bank in Carlsbad, NM for nearly 5 years and have both business and personal accounts there. The Customer Service Rep at the Carlsbad location, Becky Garcia has been wonderful with all of our business (and personal) dealings with the bank. I have never met a Bank executive that is so thorough, professional and she goes above and beyond to help the customers. I highly recommend Pioneer Bank in Carlsbad, NM.
