Everything about our buying experience was perfection. We researched for months and drove out to College Station specifically to this location because of the reviews. Well worth it. Everyone who we interacted with by phone and in person was knowledgeable, friendly, and direct while still being personable. They love what they do and it shows.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My husband needed a work vehicle and we came to the conclusion (as he is the type to research something to death) that a scooter is what he needed. Despite the challenge that my husband could be to some of the salesman in his life Josh handled him effortlessly.
After never having rode a scooter before, Josh had my husband riding around the back area and even ha him comfortable.

Walked in to purchase my first scooter. The owner and employee's were very respectful and very friendly. I asked about multiple brands and they were very knowledgeable about every bike. I ended up purchasing a Rough house sport the owner was really kind and told me everything I needed to know about the bike. It was my first time owning a scooter so he gave me and my husband a lesson on how to ride it. I highly recommend this place. When I purchase my second one I will definitely be coming back.

Great experience here renting a scooter for my son. The staff are all very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and happy to spend time explaining the options and advantages and disadvantages of buying /renting/ various models. A one stop shop for getting your student mobile quickly, safely, transparently. I love that they name each rental scooter to be able to tell the difference quickly and easily, and that they know their market so well to offer various packages for rental options. I rarely leave reviews, but Scoots went above and beyond with their customer service and especially their mechanical competence. I privately bought a used Sym Citycom which they accurately and honestly diagnosed a corrosion issue. Alex the mechanic did the best job at rebuilding part of the engine and cooling system which was thoroughly tested through a week long ride from TX to NY. These guys know what they’re doing, and they do it very well.

Rented a scooter for a month while I was in town and was extremely happy with the service provided! They made sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot, reminded me of upcoming maintenance needs for the scooter (to be taken care of by them), and allowed me to store the scooter at the shop when I decided to rent a car one weekend. On top of it all, the scooter was a blast to ride around!

This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. My son took his scooter here for service, was told one price, told them to go ahead and fix it, then the price nearly tripled. We have the text messages to prove it. Every time it took it to get fixed (3 times) it was always the same thing. They may be the only place to get service in Aggieland, but please do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE.

I rented a scooter and when i returned it back, they charged me 50$ from my deposit because i removed the "RENT ME" sticker from the side of the scooter! I was surprised about what kind of sticker is it to charge me 50$! its just simple letters sicked together which i can buy from walmart for 2 dollars. Although it is not stated in the contract how much is the penalty for removing the sticker, they insisted on charging me the 50$.

This may be a good place to RENT scooters but by all means don't bring your scooter/moped here to be repaired!! I wouldn't buy their scooters either...
I have a 1985 Honda Elite 80cc and they have done nothing but screw it up. After spending weeks and almost $200 in the shop, it leaks oil (which it didn't do before I took it there) and it died on me the other day at an intersection & I had to push it home. I addressed several issues with them & they promised me they would fix the problems and I'm still without a properly running scooter.
For example, my boyfriend

Found Scoots while in CS with a friend and as a scooter and motorcycle rider, I had to check it out! It's a great shop! They have a large inventory of scooters and a good selection of accessories. Their prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and knowledgable- hung out for a while chatting with them. They even had a couple of 1980's minibikes and a Stella with a side car.
