When purchasing a new vehicle and the dealer needed proof of coverage prior to leaving the lot, Renee was able to get that taken care of in a matter of minutes even though it was after her normal business hours. I’m so thankful for Renee and her outstanding staff.

I would definitely recommend Renee Jackson Insurance Agency. She is amazing. I switched my Auto and Home insurance over to her back in April and it was such an easy process and she saved me a lot of money. She is always super helpful and very fast with anything that I might need. I should have switched a long time ago.

I would highly recommend Renee Jackson Agency to anyone. We had water damage to our home and called Renee and in no time we had someone there assessing the damage we had. Renee and her staff were timely and provided excellent service when I called. They found affordable rates on my home vehicles then made the transfer from my previous policies hassle free. They were also there… and very efficient when I had to file my first claim ever on my homeowners policy due to hail and wind damage. I asked Renee to look up my car insurance as a favor, she had info to me within a matter of hours!! She found me MUCH better rates, even with an accident on my driving record, and had me switched over by the end of the day!!
