In-Home Skilled Medical Care: In most cases, in-home skilled medical care services have been specifically prescribed by your physician. Skilled medical care is virtually an extension of the medical treatment and care received in a hospital or other medical facility but is provided in the comfort of the home environment.
Pegasus Care offers a full range of non-medical support services for individuals of all ages. Home Health Aides, we will be there for you, just a few hours a week or 24/7. Pegasus also provides the finest hospital-to- home transition services designed specifically to prevent avoidable hospital re-admission.
In-home skilled medical care is designed to treat individuals in the comfort and safety of their own home. In-home care has been proven to result in optimal healing and recovery from illness or surgery. By establishing in home care services, patients can shorten their stay in hospital or other acute care settings.
To assist in coordinating post-acute care our office is open 7 days a week and, on holidays. This list is regularly updated to reflect our expanding coverage area. Pegasus and their staff cared for my elderly father for nearly two years - including during the exceedingly stressful time of the pandemic. They could not have been more terrific - thoughtful, efficient, reliable, caring and easy to coordinate with. Nurses Natalie and Ester were particularly wonderful and exemplify the best of what anyone could hope for. They made a difficult situation that much more manageable and we were all lucky, indeed, to have their care and services. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I’m Super Proud to have Pegasus Home Health Services as my Wound Care & physical therapist provider always on time seven days a week and Super friendly I would never forget RN A. Martinez for saving my life after she noticed a infection on my wound. After being in the hospital for two months I’m proud to say she and her team PHHS are back taking care of my wound

I know many clients who have worked with Pegasus and clients and families rave about their professionalism, reliability, customer service and the warmth of their caregivers. Pegasus is the 4th home health care, my husband & I had to use in past few years. My comparison as far as being so professional & so helpful with Pegasus is not even close with the other 3 companies.
I am so satisfied with Pegasus that would refer to any one needs home care.
Very happy with PT, OT and all the nurses helped me to get back almost to my normal condition.
I had a discussion with my surgeon (Dr. Zeegen) and did express my happiness & satisfaction with Pegasus.

I have used Pegasus Home Health Care agency many times over the years; for my husband's recovery from an appendicitis burst which required several weeks of RN care, mine and my husband's joint replacement surgeries and for my 90 year old mother. The nurses, physical therapists and caregivers are knowledgeable and caring.
