One the blooming areas in Asia is the properties with tourist value. What I mean by "tourist value" is investment property which feeds on the influx and increase of tourist. As example Chinese tourist are increasing substantially with no sign of slowing. In fact in the last ten years Chinese visitors increase from 13000 in 2006 to over 320000 in 2016.

Services
Houses present a great opportunity for investment, they are easy to rent and very nice executive retreats. There are some excellent estates as well as town homes to chose from. The really good deals are found on the outskirts, but be sure to learn about the area you are considering living in. For many unless you have Thai Spouse or a true company in Thailand it may not be doable.

The best Thai restaurant in the city of Oxford! As an asian food connoisseur, I am a very picky customer but they satisfied all my expectations:) In north Oxford I also tried several southeast Asian restaurants like giggling squid (which is very expensive and has bad food quality), but this is way more cheaper and better!

Very nice Thai restaurant in the heart of Oxford. Near the train station. Accesible to all transportation. Didnt realise parking bays outside the restaurant is for loading only and unfortunately we received a PCN. Food presentation is excellent. Staff are great. Very authentic and tasty food. They do cooking lessons as well. Make sure not to miss looking at the intricate woodwork on each table. Very highly recommended. Will be back soon

Bangkok House definitely deserves a 5 star for all the three key features of a restaurant.
1. Food

3. Service

The food is excellent, and the portion is quite generous. There are excellent options for Thai soups, starters and main course dishes. The taste is really authentic and they use genuine Thai ingredients for the food.
Cons - The only shortcoming I found was absence of genuine Thai desserts. This is one aspect that they could consider adding/improving.
