London's Ultimate Catering is a small, local company that delivers quality events thanks to our years of experience. A 1995 Gonzaga University graduate with business degrees she moved to Japan, traveled the world, and decided to call Spokane home again in 2002. In 2007 she traded in her banker's suit for a kitchen apron opening London's Ultimate Catering.
Whether you are planning a large charity event, cocktail party, anniversary celebration, holiday party or intimate gathering, we can assist in planning every detail to achieve a flawless event. Every event is meticulously planned to capture your imagination, delight your senses & impress your guests.
When thinking about your event, there are many types of service available. Each format and style has its own benefits and reasons why it fits a particular style & budget. This works great for spaces that don't lend themselves to sit down service or creating a more cocktail party atmosphere. Trays of appetizers are passed throughout the party.
We're known for a winning combination of delicious food, beautiful presentation, and truly professional service staff. London's Ultimate Catering is fortunate to call this awesome building our home. Being downtown is paramount to servicing our clients and what better place to be in than a historical building with beautiful event spaces. Riverside Place is a turn of the century majestic building overlooking the river in the downtown historical district of Spokane.

London and her amazing team catered our work party at my home again last night for the 3rd time and it was absolutely gorgeous and so delicious. Her new Fall Salad was visually stunning and so yummy, as was everything. London is a total professional - creative, Organized, punctual and just an overall good human! Love working with her staff. They’re the very best!

London and her team worked hard to create a delicious and beautiful evening for our celebration. Our guests raved about the food. As hosts we were amazed at the extra details and helping hands that went above and beyond from start to finish.. I knew when I saw the photos online of their creations, the food is what I wanted for our party. The bonus was how great the people are behind the food and event they create! London’s Catering did a fantastic job catering our daughter’s wedding in May. She brought a crew out about one month ahead and prepared and served the hors d’oeuvres and meal recommended for the wedding. Everything was delicious. The food for the wedding was just as delicious as the preview and the bartender did a great job making sure that everyone got one or more of the libations available. They also did a very good job cleaning up after the wedding, I would highly recommend them for any event for which catering is desired.

London catered my wedding in July 2019 and absolutely nailed it! I really can't say enough good things about London--she was communicative, easy to work with and always on top of every detail. London is so much more than just a caterer. She really went above and beyond--she picked up kegs for us, made sure the florist's decor was perfect, did an elaborate tasting session for my family, completely designed the reception layout and kept everyone in line on the day-of. From the start she was easy-going and ask ME what I wanted, not telling me what they could and could not do like other catering companies. She talked realistically with pricing and how to cut costs if needed. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic!

I recently photographed a wedding that used London’s Ultimate Catering and was so impressed. London and her associate Kaleb were so personable and professional. The food was amazing...the Gorgonzola raspberry and almond salad was my personal favorite. I highly recommend this catering service and hope to see them at more events in the future.

I got married in October & used London for catering, let me tell you it was so AMAZING! At first I didn’t even want to touch the food because of how beautifully her & her team displays it! But don’t worry I did... it was so delicious (on the wedding day they say that brides never eat, well that for sure wasn’t me especially considering who my caterer was, I went back several times for more food!) & I had so many compliments on our food & that was a big thing for me! Thanks again for an wonderful experience!
