Had a chainsaw 'incident', no need to go into detail let's just say it got banged up a little. Walked in and Bernie handed it back to me ready to go in about 10 min. for a minimal charge. Wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs or new equipment...!

GOT SUPPLIES FOR MY LAWN MOWER THAT STOPPED DEAD ! AIR FILTER OIL FILTER GAS FILTER CHANGED ALL FILTERS AND OIL!- AND IT STARTED RIGHT UP!- I USUALLY HAVE THEM DO MY TUNE UPS- CJANGE MY MOWER BLADES!- CUB CADET!- AS WELL SNOW THROWER& OLD 30 YR OLD GENERATOR!-

Recently had a very positive experience with Bernie. I purchased a 2nd-hand pushmower that had just come in. I brought it home and only got through half of my lawn before the mower quit on me. Bernie was fair in the process and ended up refunding me entirely because he feared the mower would continue to cause me problems. It easily could have gone another way. I may not have gotten a mower out of the deal, but I certainly found an honest repair shop.

Go to Reggies. Paid for two chainsaws to be gone through and fixed a while back and neither was. No refund or anything after bringing them back to be fixed again. “Thats the nature of the beast” was the response. Poor customer service while charging more than others. Not where the pros go.

BRP is absolutely worthy of 5 stars! Dropped my lawnmower off on a Sunday afternoon because it was near new and couldn't get it to start. Bernie met me at the shop, unloaded my mower for me and called a few days later saying the mower was running again and he didn't even charge me labor. I'll have no trouble returning to BRP with future business.
