I visited Dr. Coleman and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Coleman suggested treatments and clinical evaluations of medical issues I have had over ten years. I have been evaluated by numerous medical doctors, none of which suggested the practical path for resolution of my condition. I am grateful I had an opportunity to become a patient in her practice..

I was attempting to make an appointment for my mother as a new patient and decided against it mid-conversation with the receptionist/intake employee because she was absolutely rude!!! She was so curt and snappy like I was bothering her!!! I will definitely not recommend this medical group to any of my friends and/or family. I will convince my daughter to also find another Primary Care group!!

Dr Coleman and Rachel Bonner are fantastic! The staff is super sweet too! I primarily see Rachel who I followed to this practice because she really listens and understands hormones! Love her! This past summer when I was really sick Rachel was not avail so I saw Dr Coleman. She really listened to me about my symptoms and failed treatments and decided to do some blood work to test legionnaires pneumonia, I didn’t know what it was and when she explained it I thought foe sure there was no way that I had that since it is rare. But what do know it came back positive! Had she not have tested that I

Wow, I am surprised at the bad reviews on here. I just moved to Coleman Primary care. My experience was very good. I got an appointment a week out. When I arrived at the office I was ushered back to a room within 5 minutes. I waited in the exam room and was with Rachel Bonner FNP within 5 more minutes. Rachel is great and communicates and explains very well. Everyone I encountered conducted themselves in a professional manner.
I would recommend Rachel Bonner specifically, because she is the only person I have seen there, and the administrative staff.
Good experience!

This place has gone down since the two top nurse practitioners left the place a couple years ago: Nathan and Hope. I had no choice but to schedule a visit with nurse practitioner Kristen Deckert, she started me on a high dosage of a medication which made me go through hell for days. Then I ended up seeing another doctor and was told whoever had prescribed you this medication should have started you on a much lower dosage and slowly increase it after a couple of years.

I gave her another chance and since no one else was available, I had to go see her again when I was sick. I tested negative for

I've been to MANY doctors and specialists over the years and have never found anyone as wonderful as nurse practitioner, Kristen. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and so patient! My body is a mystery and she has done everything she can to help me.

The phlabotomist there is also fantastic! My veins are tricky and he is the only one who gets it right the first time.

Thank you, Coleman Primary Care!!

Completely unreliable.I called in Advance to set up an appointment for my mother who has Medicare and at the time they said they would accept it. when I arrived, they said that they no longer accept new Medicare patients and their new employee didn't know about it . This is after I spent 45 min filling out forms and I took time off work, very unprofessional , I didn't even want to yell at them I just wanted get out of there . I would never want that dr to visit my mom or any of my family members obviously they didn't care enough to make an exception due to their mistake

I house blood work is great until you get the bill at 10x the rate paid elsewhere.

Voicemails left will be deleted, ignored or erased. The 'prescription refill request line' is not reviewed or responded to.

After being a patient more than a year Dr Y discharged me in a certified letter I never saw in February because I didn't follow a treatment plan for a medication I never took. I didn't get the letter until 4 months later visiting the office. When they decided I can be a patient for a month.

Poorly ran doctors office. The actual doctors are great, but everything up untill you see doctors and office itself is atrocious. I always hear the entire conversations between the staff and patients while waiting for doctor due to thin walls and staff that apparently doesn't value their patients privacy. Recently while in waiting room a female at the front desk says, "our F***ing phones won't stop ringing" loud enough to be heard from waiting room. Such a true professional /sarcasm.

If you could just walk in and only deal with a doctor it would be fine, but that is not

The Worst experience ever !!!!

I was seen by Hope marshalls Np and it was an extremely bad experience. She Did not spend enough time to explain my condition. She asked the receptionist who cannot even read the test results to call me to give me three abnormal test results and She did not provide any explanation of my condition. the receptionist called me when I was driving and was not able to give me any explanation about what she was reading from the lab report.

Went to see Linda Coleman, who seems like a good doctor, but couldn't stand anything else about the unprofessional practice. The elder Dr. Coleman (apparently Linda Coleman's father) was hanging over the counter telling the front desk staff dirty jokes. I could hardly believe they put up with it- when asked, they rolled their (collective) eyes and said "he's old - we just ignore him". So perhaps that was the reason the prior reviewer noted the hostility of the nursing/desk staff.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE DIABETES!! They discriminate against us. I have type 1 diabetes under excellent control I am on an insulin pump and have never had an A1c above 7. They refused to sign a simple paper stating that I can work. My work does not require intense physical labor. They put their fear of being sued before my needs. They are NOT patient-centered as they claim.

I've had quite the time finding decent doctors. So many doctors just want to hand you a rx and walk away without explaining anything to you. How insulting, right? At Coleman Family Practice, however, on each occasion that I've gone, both the doctors and the nurse practitioner have been great. Hope Marshall is wonderful! She makes you feel comfortable, she explains everything she does and asks and why she does it that way, and she takes her time to listen to you when you describe your symptoms. She is empathetic, patient, kind, and even funny. Most importantly, she is also experienced
