We have been using System 4 for over a decade and think they do great work. They are very reliable, and can be flexible based on need, which they demonstrated during the COVID-19 lockdowns. We have never had even a minor problem and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a solid janitorial firm.

My rep, John, is absolutely the worst. I assume he's the same as the other reviewer, only I've been using System 4 for years. Since John's come on board, things have gone down hill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. According to my now former cleaner, Anna, they no longer have an office in Reno. John, who's phone number begins with "91?" (he is not in Nevada), has never, NEVER, communicated my "concerns"or "issues" to Anna. Anna said it had been 2 months since she's spoken with John. How can someone fix something if they are not told about it

I've been using System 4 for about two months now for apartment turnover and have been nothing but impressed. John, my account rep, always works hard to get me the most competitive pricing, which I appreciate. So far it's working out, too...I'd say 8 times out of 10 their bids have been the lowest and we were able to move forward on the work. I dig a vendor that can save me money, and so far System4 has done just that!
