We have a under the counter beverage cooler that has stopped working. Had Bray $ Scarf come to look at it since we purchased from them. They charged $135 fee to come look, then it took me a month of phone calls and emails to finally discover they will not work on the unit and was advised to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer website recommend E Z and when I called they were extremely professional, polite and honest. Told me it would be more to try and repair the unit then to replace it. Not what I wanted to hear of course, but I am very grateful for the honesty and being treated with

Excellent - HONEST - service. Highly recommend for Sub Zero refrigerators. Worked with several other service companies and they were unable to completely repair the issues with my refrigerator and charged $$$, the owner of E Z Refrigerations Services understood the problem immediately, offered a solution and my refrigerator is working like it's brand new.
