Not impressed. Towards the end of October, I emailed them asking for an estimate for gutter installation at our property. Luke emailed back asking for my address. I sent him my address and he didn't get back to me. So I sent two more emails and left a phone message and he still never returned the messages. If a company is too busy for the work, they should let the customer know.

We needed a gutter replaced and a couple cleaned out and fixed so of course I turned to google to see who was rated the best. Gutter Brothers was rated high and now I know why! Their prices are very reasonable, they showed up on time, everyone was extremely friendly and they finished way quicker than expected! Seriously, if you’re looking for new gutters, I very highly recommend Gutter Brothers! I’m actually looking forward to buying a new home in a couple years and having them come out and put up some of their fancy gutters I’ve seen on their website!!

The service was prompt and direct from the quote to completion. Our Gutter System used a single downspout, as opposed to what would normally be two for the linear footage required, we were concerned that this could look clumsy , but we needed this format. Plus the house had flashing that needed to be avoided, Luke made short work of this
hurdle ,in his estimate. Installation started as scheduled, but most important to Me, the Craftsmanship of the installers was excellent !

In the fall of 2019 we purchased a new property and had a home built. We decided not to include gutters in the purchase because it seldom rains here and we thought that was something we could tackle separately and later to reduce the cost.
After living in the house a few months, we were working on finishing some of the things we wanted but had put off. My wife reached out to several gutter installation contractors. The one we used for our last home did not appear to be in business because we did not get a response after several attempts. The other people she called were all very busy or somewhat

We added gutters to our existing house and an addition. The cost was was much better than our other estimates. Luke flexed his dates for us because the building of the addition was delayed a couple of weeks. The job was done on time, when promised. The gutters look good, and the installation work was awesome. And...they came when there was still snow on the roof, water dripping, and still got the job done professionally!

gutter "regrading" or alignement with his busy schedule.
He said his crews were so busy that he would have to come and service
the gutter himself because he promised he would get the job done in the
time frame I had to have it completed ( for sale of house)
He was there about 1.5 and only charged me for the "show up price"
He was very professional and more than that, he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it.
No other company called

Luke and his team did an amazing job, from color recommendation to install. Luke recommended doing rain chains to add to the aesthetics of our home, the chains turned out amazing and we could not be happier. Our installer, Chris, did a great job for us. He sought our approval and input in areas that could have been done one way or another. The owner, Luke, made sure we were satisfied with the job. The price was lower than others but the quality seems very good to me. Overall we are very happy with the job.

The service I received from Luke O'Brien at Gutter Bros was amazing. From the very first phone call Luke made me feel like he knew exactly what I was looking to have done on my home and was willing to do everything to my specifications. He didn't try to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary upgrades. He delivered on the job in the timeframe he promised and my gutters look great. I would recommend Gutter Bros. to anyone looking to have a professional gutter installation or repair completed that looks great without paying an arm and a leg for it.
