O'Hare's Tasty Treats Navarre, FL

I am Megan O'Hare, head artist and baker. I have always loved baking and decorating since I was a young child. One of my favorite past times was helping my mother in the kitchen with whichever confection she was creating for the day. Over the years, I took culinary classes and worked for a local bakery decorating cakes.

I decided to follow my heart and pursue the arts. I graduated the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. After graduation I worked an office job, but that didn't keep me from working on different baking and decorating techniques in the kitchen. It wasn't until I decided to move across the country, to be with my now spouse, that I knew I was going to make this my career.

Fantastic cakes! Highly recommended! The designs are incredible and the flavors are out of this world!

FYI... This address is a private residence so don't travel to it if looking for a storefront.

I live in east Georgia and had a friend in Navarre that needed some cheering up. I contacted Megan through Facebook at first and eventually talked to her on the phone. I had a short timeline and asked if she could deliver a dozen decorated cupcakes to my friend’s house two days later. She said that wouldn’t be a problem. I had a general idea what I wanted the cupcakes to look like but really left Megan with the creative freedom to decorate them as she wanted to. It's amazing when you find people who are truly gifted at what they do. Megan made a beautiful and delicious cake and she made it exactly how I pictured it. My family and I were blown away not only by the amazing taste of the cake but also by the appearance. One of the best cakes of my life!

Service was excellent. So easy to work with and designed the cake exactly to our specs. The 80 year old Birthday boy was in awe of his cake! Not to mention how delicious it was. Spot On Megan!!!!!Thank you many times over.

Five stars are not enough to describe my experience with O'Hare's Tasty Treats. I live 600 miles from Navarre, Florida but I wanted to send my son who is a Marine stationed at NAS Pensacola a cake to celebrate the Marine Corps birthday. I went online to try to find a bakery that would make a cake with a Marine Corps theme for a fair price and would agree to delivered it on Friday November 10th which is the Marine Corps birthday.
