I highly recommend this company! After using several septic companies that were dishonest, and found “problems” with our septic tank that didn’t actually exist, charging us a lot of extra money, we finally found Sultan Pumper through a referral from a friend. They are honest, with very fair pricing, which can be hard to find in this industry. Their service is quick and efficient. Look no further for a septic company. You won’t be disappointed!

Horrible customer service period!!
they bill 175.00 to dig a hole! … even though their competitor only charges 35.00?? and they are completely sarcastic when you speak to them … borderline condescending … "well you didn't ask us about that?" or "not our problem" … was the response I was given when inquiring about service not performed … that I had requested ……
I guess there was a mis communication between us; during my original phone call/ service request....
but that didn't matter … "not our problem"...
I will never be back or refer to them … thoroughly disappointed
