I was very happy with the dryer vent service we received. The crew who came out took off their shoes and wore masks without even asking. They showed before and after pix of the cleaning, and they didnt leave a spec of dirt/lint or debris of any kind. I also love that we were given a price that they stuck to, no hidden fees or extra charges due to the length of our ducts. Awesome job.

From scheduling to service, everyone at Airwiz who I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The receptionist generously rearranged schedules to fit in a dryer cleaning for my condo unit before my building's deadline. My technician Alex was friendly and efficient, and provided a detailed explanation of the cleaning process. I will definitely work with Airwiz for future dryer vent cleanings.

AirWiz came out to do clean our dryer vent and ac vents. They found mold, so we required remediation which we added on. They were quick and thorough. They even came back out to clean a vent cover that we thought was missed. They informed us that it was not a part of the main system, but they cleaned it for us anyway. Overall, we recommend them!

I needed my dryer vent cleaned and found great reviews on Yelp. They were well deserved. Alex and his team came wearing masks and made an effort to leave their shoes off while in the house. They thoroughly cleaned the vent, identified and explained an issue that needed repair, and came up with a helpful solution. They were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up after they finished their work. Would definitely hire them again.

First, the two gentlemen were polite and seemed like they did a thorough job cleaning the ducts.
Originally I had two issues:
1. they left a mark on the hardwood floor - I originally thought it was a deep scratch but it was just a mark on the floor .
2. They left a mess in the basement where they cut into the duct work in two places.
When Juliano heard I wasn't too happy about about this he immediately called and offered to make it right. He came over and removed the mark on the floor and compensated me for having to clean-up the basement.
A really good response to the situation.

I found this company through Yelp, and I feel like this site can always be hit or miss. 150 great reviews and then the 1 bad review that makes you think the other 150 were made up.
That being said, I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with Air Wiz Cleaning. They arrived on time, I even got a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. They were extremely dutiful and conscientious with their work. This is a home that hasn't had its duct work cleaned since 1994, so I was kinda expecting like a dead animal to be found in the piles and piles of dirt they pulled out of my vents.

Amazing! Very professional from start to finish, including the call I made for an estimate. Straightforward, competitive pricing, and very polite technicians. My before and after pics are INCREDIBLE. My dryer vent was extremely dirty, damaged, and was unnecessarily long - the AirWiz technicians simply replaced it for me with a brand new one that fits perfectly. Carlos and team called ahead and arrived on time. They were very professional wearing masks and booties. The service took about 3 hours and they shared before and after photos. They believe our house has never had the service done before and recommended maintenance every 3-4 years.

Another wonderful experience with Airwiz! From Amanda at the main office who arranged for my visit (and a return customer discount) to Thony, my very courteous technician today, I couldn't ask for a better experience.
As you all know, it's important to keep your dryer vents clean as all of that lint can be highly flammable. Thony and his helper showed up right on time and did their work in a highly professional and efficient manner. I'm always impressed by how the folks at Airwiz also take the time to clean up once they're done, leaving your home exactly the way they found
