My husband and I met Amanda for our move-in meeting on Friday. Amanda was very personable and patient with all of our questions. With the questions that Amanda could not answer, she assured us she would follow-up soon a possible. We are new to the Temecula area and Amanda made us feel very welcome.

During the time that Paul has managed my family’s property, I have been pleased with how he has handled any issues/concerns we have had. I commend Paul’s staff for their service (among them, Drew, Julio and Jesus) and I especially want to give a “shout out” to Linda Balderrama for being one of the most customer-service oriented person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I bought a fixer rental in Murrietta which is fourty miles from where I live. I was planning on managing it myself, however, I had a very difficult time getting contractors to call me back.
