As much as we love making house calls, sometimes there's a better (and now, safer) way to solve tech problems. Remote support allows us to use software to control your computer as if we were in the room. If you're experiencing an issue with a program, operating system, or computer performance, we can identify the problem and solve it remotely.

Micah troubleshot my WiFi and mesh network problems and got everything up and working. He’s the type of person who will study and analyze your Wifi system with great determination and tenacity, refusing to leave your problem unresolved. He is also willing to communicate directly with ATT or Comcast if it turns out that a glitch originates there.
He’s smart and knows what he’s doing. Additionally, he’s friendly and has a great sense of humor.

I had a fairly tricky - to me at least - technological challenge, and Micah completely rose to the challenge and helped me figure out how to solve the problem. When I worked as a librarian, I realized over time how hard it is to solve problems like these, or even much more basic problems, over the phone, even with remote viewing. But Micah was a skilled communicator and clearly knew what he was doing. Much recommended!

Micah is an absolute superstar. I'm 25 years old but never really learned much about computers/tech beyond using Netflix so I have to call Micah frequently for help with work stuff. He responds within minutes, ready to jump on the phone and help with anything. I have never run into an issue he can't fix. And he fixes it so quickly and efficiently, I'm stunned every time. He is able to explain things that are so complicated in such an easy way that I can actually digest. Can't recommend him highly enough. Honestly don't know what I would do without the assistance. As a professional, there is no one that demonstrates patience, know how, professionalism, reliability and confidence then this guy. always appreciated by me, completely trusted as well.
