In 1998 Kristin, an attorney, hung up her shingle and began offering legal advice in the same building as the lab. In 2010 the 2nd generation of both the lab and the law firm joined. Daughter, Meagan, a soil scientist, joined PAL and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Son, Bob, an attorney joined Perry Law office as a partner.
In 2012 Meagan married Marc Kaiser, from Carrollton, MO who splits time between working on his family farm during planting and harvest and serving the lab as Chief Marketing Officer. As technology and science have progressed, so has PAL. In 2011 PAL Farm Management was formed to help producers take GPS coordinated soil samples, utilizing the newest technology to help farmers better identify fertilizer deficiencies and surpluses.
