Always Available Tailoring - 10 seasoned tailors company wide, 3 tailors that have been with Ace Uniforms for over 20 years.
This change was made to be more "uniformed" across all of Ace Uniforms' locations, creating a single unified brand synonymous with simplicity, speed, selection, and service. Ace Uniforms acquired Code 3 Uniforms in 1997 and renamed the store Uniform Specialist. The store has remained at the same location - 1275 S. Santa Fe Ave. - since then.

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of pants from them and they ripped while in the washer (definitely not Aces fault) but when i brought them in to have them repaired they said they wont fix them because they dont believe they are washed. So i asked how do i prove they are washed (like a cleaners slip or something) and i was told if the seamstress doesnt think they are clean she wont touch them. I will definitely take my business to Skaggs or Universal who are usually same day.

This afternoon I called ACE Uniform in the hope of locating a Badge Tab for my grandson’s play uniform we’re sending him for Christmas. My grandson is 5 and loves police officers and wants to be one when he gets of age.
I’ve searched, but no one had yet been able to locate one for me. I was fortunate to speak to Manny Gortarez, the Asst. Manager. He told me he had what I needed and would have it waiting for me when I arrived. I explained I lived a significant distance from the store, so I asked he would mail it to me. He explained that the postage would be more than the $3 dollars he charged

Theresa and Emily I had very great customer service experience at Ace uniform. They said Hello Welcome to Ace uniform. I asked Theresa for help on my 1st 3 pair of pants she asked me .What was my waist legs size. I didn't know but she got it for me. Outstanding customer service experience. 2nd time Emily helped me out with another 3 pair of pants and she had Outstanding customer service as well. Horrible place. used to be good and great customer service back in the days. now , if your not a law enforcement you will get treated rude and get your uniforms done with low quality if you happen to get some custom taper on them.
will be going going to the swatmeat next time, quality would not be like the 5.11 but customer service will be WAY better than this place.

The location seemed pretty busy, with plenty of customers trying on clothes and browsing their selection. But, I was helped out almost immediately by a very sweet older woman and I regret not catching her name. She hurried to the back and quickly found me the two uniform pieces I would need. I tried them on and they were perfect. The woman working the register was equally friendly and I must have only been there for less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend that kind of service to anyone. Thanks guys!

Eh , mixed emotions about this place . This was my go to place , first started coming here in 2012 . Customer service through the years 2012-2015 was stellar . A fella with the last name of Cuevas always helped me out and I always left content . I am not sure when he left or if he is still there . I Stopped coming here for a while because I moved out of town , finally moved back . Tons of new faces , different levels of customer service , some are smart a** , some go above and beyond .
I'm not in fire anymore , but in a different field now ; private sector .

You know what? I came here to pick up my uniform and i had one of the most unforgettable customer service experiences ever.
I just walked on in expected to just grab my order and go but this man approaches me when I'm at the register and introduces himself to us. I can't remember his name but I'm sure it was the manager/owner and he takes us on this magnificent tour of the entire store from the floor all the way to the back where all these lovely people were working like Santa's workshop! It was the cutest, most random thing to happen to me and it was so cool. The man was

Unfortunately I don't get to choose where we get our uniforms from. When I picked up my uniforms, I only checked if my sizes were correct. I didn't realize 4 of work shirts were stained until I tried wearing one them. I noticed it had a long stain across our company logo. I called, they asked me to e-mail a picture. I e-mailed the picture and they stated it was "chalk". They suggested I steam my shirts. I steamed them and the stain was still there. I called back again, they suggested I take the shirts so they can steam them themselves. After they steamed the shirts, the stains

Its quick and easy here. They make sure that you are taken care of as soon as you walk in. They have a super large variety of medical scrubs and medical uniforms and you can pretty much find all that you desire style-wise.
They also have all of the law enforcement and military uniform policies so that all buyers/customers are compliant in their purchases.
Great group of ladies in the taylor shop as well. So cute and super busy.

This place is great. You would think going into a uniform store would be a bunch crabby people issuing out GI regulation clothing. Not here the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Stephen and Adreean were super great to work with. Showed me all kinds of things that will make my job easier. Guys at Ace uniform here is a shout out to you. The day before thanks giving and you are still dedicated to helping those serve the public. If you ever need anything uniform or tactical related. This is the place to come.
