The worst place to do your taxes. Its' 2021 and I still have not received my 2019 refund, why? because this firm if you can call them that, us unorganized and negligent to their customers. I sent all the information in a timely manner, yet they still checked box that I am a dependent even when I am self employed 38 year old male with multiple businesses.

The lady who fist answers the phone has a very disrespectul attitude and very poor costumer service skills..i filled my taxes march 25 and was never sent to the IRS.. they filed an extension..i got super upset and they ended up finishing it 30min later...i called back a week later to hear if they requested my stimulis and she responded with " i have never heard anywhere or in the IRS page that you need to request the stimulis through the tax returns...i was speachless.. please do me the favor and dont do your taxes with these people...im 100% sure you can find wayyyy better companies... trust me

I made an appointment and had to wait an hour before being attended. The Support staff is the only people you’ll talk to, the actual accountant only sees you for 5 minutes (just to sign the papers). To top off the rude experience in their office, the IRS informed they had filed my taxes wrong because they failed to ask me basic questions. When I contacted them to resolve the issue they yelled at me and refused to take responsibility and help me without paying more than the $125 initial fee. I was never able to speak to the actual accountant about my issue. Horrible service and very poor quality

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place has terrible service. I made an appointment a month in advance. The day came for me to do my taxes so I showed up 30 minutes early and there were two women in front of me. After waiting an hour and half the women informed me I would have to wait another 2 hours. I was very upset because I was going to be late to work if I waited so I asked if I could leave them there and come back when they were done. A week went by and no one called me so I called them and they informed me they still weren't done. I called the week after about half way through the week

You won't regret !!!! Every year I drive a really long distance to get to this place, but that's fine because the confidence and treatment you get from Accounting One , is one of a kind!!Excellent service, lovely atmosphere, and convenient payment methods. Every year that I've come I've experienced a different issue. I've let it slide before but now I'm done. The first year my husband and I came the accountant suggested filing separately and I wanted to ask questions to clarify how that was legal and sought simple clarification. Dario (the only accountant in the practice) was obviously annoyed with my questioning and therefore I let it go. Strike one. This year, I arrived to my 11 am appointment on a Tuesday at 10:30 am.
