Great customer service. Mary did a wonderful job. I called to get a quote Mary was the insurance broker that help me. She offered a very low price compared to several others. We loved the quote so much my husband and I drove over and had our policy insurance with in 15min. It was quick and easy. She was very informative and helpful.

First of all may I say this is the cheapest insurance that I could come across for my daughter. This is her first insurance and they explained everything to her that she would need to know if she ever got into a car accident . And his office manager has a personality out of this world I love them both thank you so much not sure what her name is and I'm so bad with names

I have been a loyal customer of Demaster's insurance for over 10 years. Not only do they take care of all of my insurance needs, they treat you like family. DeMasters Insurance LLC has been my auto and home insurance provider for over 10 years. I've always been very satisfied with their customer service. Several years ago I got hit by another driver. It was clearly the other driver's fault. Even so, the other driver's insurance company tried to make me pay for my own rental car while mine was being fixed. DeMasters Insurance went to bat for me. They called the other insurance company and insisted that they pay for my rental car, which they quickly did. I was really glad through this experience to be working with a local agent like DeMasters Insurance
