What sets us apart from other pharmacies in our area is that we stay open late at night, long after everyone else has closed up and gone home. John at Night Owl is a pleasure to work with. Often there is a disconnect between the prescriber and the pharmacist of Big Box corporate pharmacies. It's different with John. No long holds where I have to listen to elevator music for half and hour just so I can talk to the pharmacist to help my patient get the right medication. No, John is quick and responsive and gets the medication delivered to the patient fast and safely. Like me and many other providers out there leaving the scamsurance system, Night Owl doesn't take insurance. However it is well worth consideration to go to Night Owl over

The best pharmacy I've been to! The pharmacist was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and service was fast. It's a small location but the inside is beautiful and well kept, I also wasn't asked for my insurance card, I just brought in my prescription paper and in a few minutes got my antibiotics. Definitely recommend if you have anxiety speaking to people

John and his staff are particularly amazing. I have never had such personalized service me when dealing with a pharmacy. Between the delivery, amazing prices and just fantastic staff, there's really no reason to ever give my pharmacy business to anyone else. Plus, a trip to the actual store is like walking back into time. It smells amazing in there (probably from the essential oils and barbering supplies). I honestly can't believe I am only hearing about this pharmacy now. We weren't even home from Night Lite Pediatrics tonight and I had been contacted regarding my delivery. When the driver left I was sent a text that he was on his way with a tracking on where he was. The tracking was the absolute best because we have a very loud dog and 1 sleeping kid (one was still up). To be able to meet the driver outside and avoid a barking dog was amazing! The driver was very nice and professional. I wish they were open earlier so I could get all my medications filled here when I am prescribed something

This pharmacy goes above and beyond to make sure my patients get exactly what they need in a timely manner. He also is also taking cost in consideration and has an extensive knowledge that most other pharmacists I talk to in other pharmacies do not give the effort to share. I wish I could more of my patients would use this pharmacy so I could have more positive pharmacy interactions.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Night Owl. My dog takes an odd dosage level of an anti-seizure medication, and John ordered it with no problem. They are always super prompt and a pleasure to deal with. The delivery service is an added bonus- it is wonderful to not have to run out for the script. Highly recommend!

First, John is an absolute genius for thinking of this for a business. I'm talking mind blowing genius. As a single mom of 4 & our of town visitor, it was amazing to not have to drive all around town looking for an open pharmacy after spending 4 hours in urgent care. John was quick, courteous, and called to let me know when it would arrive. I got an automated text letting me know when my meds were ready and the driver, William, texted me when he arrived so he wouldn't wake anyone with the doorbell. My only complaint is that you aren't a big enough company to expand to Clermont
