We offer a 2 year warranty on the structure of all our models and a 1 year warranty on appliances through the manufacturer.

Ozzie and Brenda Rodriguez are celebrating the 5 year anniversary of their Foodtruck, Concession, Cargo and Toy-hauler trailer business in Nampa, Idaho called Food Concept Idaho. While their specialty is custom-designed concession trailers with purpose-built kitchens, they also branch out into any kind of cargo or custom trailer.
Special thanks to Food Concept for helping us build our very own custom mobile food trailer. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but they are a delight to work with as well. I had them build me a trailer for Washington state which is a monster when it comes to L&I. Naomi and Brenda did an outstanding job with coordination and made sure all the T's were crossed.

A: We work with people in Treasure Valley, in Southern Idaho, mostly in Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Meridian and surrounding areas. We have customers working with food trucks in Eastern Oregon and Northern Utah as well. A: Yes, we can take a look at your current truck and give you an estimate and ideas according to what you want done.

Food Concept Idaho LLC has built our Slay The Snow - All Natural Shaved Ice trailer. They've done an amazing job in terms of quality and installation of features that we've requested. They also completed the job very quickly for us which was absolutely paramount to our goal of launching our business in time for the season. Ozzie, Brenda and their entire work team are amazing at what they do and we would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs to have a custom trailer built or an existing trailer modified.
