I had a awesome experience at boxdrop. Kevin and his wife were just awesome. They helped me get the mattress I was looking for. Financing and payments where in my price range. Amy was the saleswoman who helped me out. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and was very sweet, and overall great at what she does. The store has amazing deals and was very clean. Buying a bed and boxspring was super quick and easy as well because they do scheduled appointments, would definitely recommend checking it out.

We had never heard of BoxDrop before, but after reading lots of great reviews, we decided to check it out! Making an appointment was very easy, and when we showed up at the store we were greeted by Amy. Amy was friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions... And I ask A LOT of questions lol. After trying out every single mattress we decided on a very comfortable double sided pillow top. They are even delivering it to us tomorrow! Very happy with Amy's friendless and expertise!

Called for an appointment and was not disappointed. Kevin knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses and furniture. Had a good selection and variety of price options. Laid on many mattresses and fell in love with the silver cooling mattress. They have the Cadillac of beds, down to the Pontiac Vibe of beds, which is still super nice. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a bed or furniture.

My mom saw an advertisement sign on 44th and Kalamazoo yesterday. We are at the store right now working with Amy and it was a great experience. Not only was she knowledgeable but they are all about customer experience. I was looking for a mattress and platform frame and she worked with us with the price and I know I made the right decision with my purchase.
