Brought my laptop in for wifi issues, turns out it was a problem with ASUS and there wasn't anything Scott could do. He only charged me $20 even though he spent hours diagnosing and attempting to fix my laptop and updating a bunch of other things that made my laptop run much more smoothly. I've rarely wanted to return somewhere to give them more money, Scott is the best around! 10 out of 5 stars.

Scott has helped me with a variety of computer issues. His knowledge is very extensive and goes way beyond the typical computer repair. I've observed him repeatedly take time with customers who need a little advice or help, knowing full-well that it won't be lucrative endeavor. We've purchased computers from him for our business, and they are consistently a higher grade than can be purchased on the retail market.
