Clinics Can Help
Clinics Can Help is a nonprofit agency based in Palm Beach County, Florida that collects used durable medical equipment so that it can be distributed to those who need it most. We are proud to be Florida's largest not-for-profit organization that recycles and re-uses medical equipment. We collect, clean, repair, and store used medical equipment that is still in good condition so that it is ready to help someone who cannot afford it.

This equipment includes wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, patient lifts, crutches, canes, and nebulizers. We serve patients of all ages from very young children to the elderly. Improving mobility, independence and dignity, by providing access to life-saving and "quality of life"-enhancing durable medical equipment and supplies to every Palm Beach County resident in need of these critical links to recovery and support.
Services
Clinics Can Help is a respected, registered, not-for-profit agency that accepts the donation of durable medical equipment and supplies then redistributes those items to people who need them but may not be able to afford them. Our clients include people from communities throughout Palm Beach County and beyond who find us when they need us.
At Clinics Can Help, our mission is to redistribute surplus medical equipment and supplies to children and adults in need. We are the bridge between people who wish to donate durable medical equipment they no longer use and make it available to others who need it. Sometimes, people invest in durable medical equipment that they only need for a short time.
Owen has served as a registered nurse in the state of Florida for over 20 years, ten of them in Hospice Care. While doing his work, he witnessed the incredible surplus of medical equipment that was left behind after patients passed away. This included hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, and nebulizers.
Behind every donated item we share, is the real, human story of a person we have helped and a life that has changed for the better. You took the time to care by asking about my son Casey's condition. Then, with your knowledge, you began to give us more than we asked for. You said you will need this and that, etc.
We have earned support from some of the largest healthcare-related foundations in South Florida. Their investment in our mission allows us to reach even more people who deserve mobility, independence and dignity. We also partner with dozens of local not-for-profit organizations and businesses who donate equipment and supplies, and also refer clients to us.

This is a very cool organization. They are still a relatively small organization but doing very big things throughout South Florida. I recommend supporting this organization if your cause of choice has anything to do with healthcare.

Many thanks to Owen O’Neil and his staff at CCH for their dedication and support to so many people in the community in need of medical supplies. Families often face limited insurance support for their loved ones specialized equipment needs. Several years ago, CCH initiated their Kinder Program to provide new pediatric adaptive strollers, bath/shower chairs, and walkers/gait trainers, in addition to the hospital beds, patient lifts and other much needed adaptive equipment. I also am grateful to see CCH help reduce medical costs and promote a more sustainable culture by recycling medical equipment

This place is such a blessing. I had an urgent need for ostomy supplies and they gave me an abundance of supplies and only required a small donation fee. I wish I had found out about this organization sooner. The employees were extremely helpful and kind. Whatever I don't use, will be donated back to them or to someone else in need :)

In my opinion, it's a place that helps the community; however, when it came time for my donation, they advised they had a list of prices for our donations; which was much more then what I anticipated.
Then, it's not set to accept what we want to donate for what ever we need, because, they expect our donations, should be their (set) prices.
They also had a male employee that takes care of dispursing wheel chairs that his demeanor was very arrogant and not very nice.
Also, when I gave my donation for a needed wheelchair, which was the amount I wanted to donate, I also donated the wheelchair I

Gave them $35.00 to "borrow" a hospital bed table and was told it would be refunded when returned. Went to return it and told that they only gave money back if it was within 30 days by the women at the front desk (I was there on day 30). Manager changed the rules to only if not used (it was used by the hospice nurse as a desk). Walked out and took the table with me along with the other items I was intending to donate. They appear to provide a needed service, but don't have their act together in regard to communicating the costs. Be careful.

Cannot say enough about CCH. I have been able to purchase needed equipment for my mom and in laws at an affordable price that otherwise would have been a financial strain. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wish every community had a Clinics Can Help!

Very helpful staff. A wonderful, low cost source for durable medical equipment. Please note that this is a 501 c3, meaning that you donate a suggested amount to "borrow" the durable medical equipment, which I found out AFTER paying suggested donation for a hospital bed, side table, two walkers, transport wheel chair and incontinence package. Then I paid the delivery guy $215 to deliver and set it up. My mother ended up back in the hospital and rehab for a few weeks then unfortunately passed unexpectedly three days after discharge. I wanted to sell the merchandise, but read the contract and saw
