They quoted a job for me. Client accepted the quote on 12/16/2021. It was a residential pickup of a workout mirror that they were going to pack & ship via FedEx to LV. On 12/17/2021, the employee of Craters & Freighters confirmed they'd be able to do the pickup 1st week of January 2022. On 12/21/2021, same employee confirmed collection would take place on 1/5/2022. On 12/28/2021, same employee confirmed once again collection would take place between 0830-1030 on 1/5/22. On 1/3/22, same employee once again confirmed the collection was all set. On 1/4/22, ONE DAY BEFORE COLLECTION, I received this
