I cannot say enough good things about Jo-Anne! My husband and I worked with her to choose a destination for our honeymoon and she was SO thorough. We told her what we were looking for and she came back with a bunch of thoughts, ideas, and pros/cons of a bunch of different options which made our decision that much easier. She helped us book - and then RE-BOOK - our honeymoon after COVID craziness and it gave us such peace-of-mind. Jo-Anne has been so amazing to work with! She helped me plan my honeymoon and although my husband and I weren't able to go due to COVID-19, we could not have pictured planning this trip with anyone else. Jo-Anne helped reschedule our whole trip (both of us thinking the end of this year the pandemic would have slowed down) in a matter of a few days and worked on getting transportation refunds for us when applicable. We'll definitely be reaching out to her again because of her attentiveness and great value she provided to us!
