The Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWR Institute) is an international trade association that represents the commercial sealant, waterproofing and restoration construction industry. Our members are of the most experienced and qualified contractors, manufacturers and design professionals in the industry.
Our members are very active and constantly strive to advance the industry and the quality of work that is performed. Our industry grows 2-3% every year, even in recessions. Restoration has NEVER seen a DECLINE in growth. Therefore, in the years where new construction goes down 20-30%, Restoration might stay even or go up 1%.
