How long to water your yard depends on many factors: soil type, grass type, how high you cut your grass, direction the lawn faces, slope of the yard, and system design. Every system is different and it takes a lot of analysis and attention to keep a lawn appropriately. In this video we show you what a typical sprinkler installation involves.

We rebuilt our house and had Sprinklers Maniacs put a new sprinkler system around the house. They showed up Friday to look at the install scheduled for Tuesday to check out the pump and the land around the house.
They came Monday afternoon and started to prepare. We had some additional issues with the irrigated section in front of the house which we pointed out. They walked through our requirements (mix of sprinklers and drip) and marked sprinkler sites.
Tuesday the planner showed up early and reviewed the flags then moved some around. This is a complicated system further complicated by a large

We had Sprinkler Maniac installed our new sprinkler system today. They were here first thing in the morning I have a good size yard they were done before noon very professional showed us everything about the system. Great group of people working here, wonderful attitudes, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have used John and the guys for several years and they are always amazing. This year, especially, they went out of their way to help me. I just needed a startup but wasnât able to schedule the same time as my neighbor. They kept me updated and fit me in so I could have a similar appointment time. I cannot begin to tell you how kind they are. I recommend them to whoever needs sprinkler set up, repair, anything!

I have used them for two houses that needed sprinkler systems. Awesome job and good prices.
They came by today and blew out the sprinklers because we are supposed to get sub zero weather this weekend. I have never had a company call and show up early for pretty much anything.
His crew will be working overtime this week trying to get all of their customers taken care of.
Now that's customer service!

I have been using sprinkler maniac for the last 9 years and appreciate so much their communication and prompt, quality service. I feel like I am known by name even though I know they have SO many customers and their prices are competitive for install and maintenance. When my mother was FINALLY ready to do underground sprinklers I told her there was only one way to go! They did an amazing job and she couldnât be happier, like me!

We had Sprinkler Maniac (SM) "redo" our old system five days ago. Our old system was likely put in by a previous owner and his family 20-30 years ago. It worked but because the lot is now mostly mature trees planted by that same owner, it simply wasn't efficient. SM came in installed some new zones, modified some zones and eliminated some. Their "crew" is more like a very good professional TEAM at what and how they do the job and how they act. Rather than Foremen, I'd say their folks are Leaders. The workers ALL knew what was going on, what was needed and helped

We have used sprinkler maniac to bring our ancient sprinkler system back to life for 2 years now. The honest advice we got from them and their ability to repair the things that needed to be fixed saved us a lot of money.
This year I thought that I could handle the spring reboot and quickly discovered I was wrong. My lawn had a more difficult configuration, but John completed a plan in no time at all. My yard was not torn up due to a new machine he had which made a narrow trough and laid the piping at the same time. The crew was competent and efficient. John supervised, and in a couple of hours it was done. The control box was put in the basement and he gave a demo to me and my alternate, answering all questions. (Another person gave me an estimate based on a complex, ridiculous rearranging of piping in my basement!) His company winterizes and returns in Spring to turn it on again. The price was reasonable

I am really happy with Sprinkler Maniac. I had sprinklers installed in the early spring. The disturbance to my lawn was way less than I was expecting, and the end result is that my lawn now looks amazing with absolutely no hassle. I know I'm wasting less water now that I'm watering in the middle of the night. I highly recommend these guys, good communication and really professional installation.
