Good Sam Roadside Assistance Standard Membership includes coverage for Travel Trailers, Autos, Boat trailers, and Motorcycles; excludes Motorized RVs or Fifth Wheels.
If your tire is damaged due to a road hazard and can be safely repaired, we'll cover the repair up to $75 per tire, per occurrence for your RV or up to $30 for your Auto. If a tire is not repairable due to a puncture, bruise, impact break or other road hazard, we'll cover the cost of a new tire up to the current retail selling price.

With Good Sam Platinum Roadside Assistance, you and your family are protected while driving all vehicles-multiple RVs and autos, even if they are rented, leased or borrowed. Your utility and sport utility trailers are also covered. Priority access to the RV Tech Helpline and Appointment Service when you need help but not necessarily a tow.

This product is definitely worth the value. I had an experience while on the road with my motorhome that required I get towed to a repair facility on a Saturday. What would have cost me over $800 did not cost me a dime. Today I called to renew my membership and spoke to Gabrielle in customer service. She was friendly, outgoing and handled my request in a timely manner. Overall a great experience.

We recently purchased a motorcoach and reached out to Good Sam to get a membership with them and buy insurance coverage and roadside assistance coverage. There was some confusion regarding my membership and renewing my account. I was connected with Ms. Debora Williams to fix my issues. Ms. Williams was incredibly helpful and professional. She walked me through the renewal process while I was on my computer visiting the GoodSam website. She knew the screens I would encounter. She explicit and direct and yet humorous so she kept me on track. Robert Wolf helped us with figuring out which coverages we needed and wanted. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was really patient with all of our questions and helped clarify things we were confused on. I would also like to say that Jamie Carolina was who handles the extended warranties and insurance was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He was attentive and very nice.

I am a former longtime member of Good Sam Roadside Assistance. I had the higher cost Platinum Plan, covering my RV and two autos. In early September of this year, I had a mechanical breakdown with one of our vehicles in Syracuse, NY @ 4:30 pm on a weekday. I called emergency Good Sam Roadside Assistance and after several attempts for over 2 hours, the dispatcher could NOT locate any repair facility to assist. The best she could do was to offer us a 20% discount for a hotel room for the night!!!! We were 35 minutes from home.
