Update: Bella Montoya is our new rep and she is fantastic! She helps me even with the most simplest request, no matter where she is she will always answer my questions.
My company asked me a few months back to find competitive quotes to help us keep our delivery times to our customers while also refraining from increasing the shipping costs. Neon not only provided me way more options than I originally had, they also stay on top of the shipment during transit, update me regarding anything for the shipments, and they directly call the carriers to find any information needed! That saves me a lot

Eric Fecteau reached out to our company via email roughly a year ago asking if he could bid a few quotes for our company. My boss told me not to respond to the email but I went for it and found out that Neon Logistics could/still can give us better rates. We immediately switched and have been doing business ever since. I think personally my favorite part is Eric’s amazing customer service, I can call/email/txt him any time and he instantly helps or gets done what we need. Thanks for sending that email Eric!
