Today Johnny, Mary Pat, & Lauren do whatever tasks requires their immediate attention. With his 30 years of experience in the industry, Johnny Walter is the only drycleaning owner in New Orleans on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Drycleaners Association, which oversees operational quality of drycleaners in eight different states.
Bring your chef jackets & aprons in by 3pm & have them ready by 9am the following morning. Please allow additional time for stains. Any stained items cannot be done on rush order specials. They need the full amount of processing time to try & remove them. We understand the long hours of the industry & try to be as accommodating as possible for our loyal customers.

Liberto Cleaners is joining the dry cleaning and laundry industry's efforts to keep polyethylene bags out of our landfill. In a partnership with Fabriclean Supply, one of the largest distributors of drycleaning and laundry supplies in the United States, Liberto Cleaners has placed a collection box in their lobby in which customers can deposit poly bags.

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, and spending thousands of dollars at Liberto's on Prytania, I a seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. One member of management has become increasingly rude, almost to the point of hostility towards me. I am not sure what the problem is, but I certainly do not tolerate this type of behavior. The past three times I have left there feeling hurt and angry.

After months of being a regular customer, I can no longer give them my business. I took many shirts back for untreated stains. The final, and most serious mistake occurred when they burned one of my dress shirts essentially ruining it. In addition, after all of the return trips to correct mistakes, especially one that they caused, I was never offered any kind of discount or compensation. Never once did they admit being in the wrong, and I was often treated as a hassle not a valued customer.

They overcharge and weigh wet clothes and refuse to tell you a cost before. They hold your laundry for ransom, and then they even tell you that almost everyone gets pissed off that they do it and don't come back. They charged me $52 for a single bag of laundry. Told me it was 30lbs, then laughed about it to my face when they finally told me the price.

I have no problems with the dry cleaning and laundry they do and the prices they charge, but I do have a problem with the rude customer service. I have been going to Liberto's for almost ten years on a weekly basis and in the last year there has been a slow decline in customer service. This decline has accelerated in the last couple of months. The cashiers are rude, never say thank you, and make you feel that you are not welcome. Today I went to Liberto's to drop off and pick up clothing. The cashier, who obviously did not want to be at work or wait on me, did not give me a receipt, I paid by credit

This place is extremely bad, I would highly recommend against it. Clothes were returned with the same stains that were there when I dropped them off, only pressed further in to the fabric. They stole an expensive hanger of mine and told me they weren't responsible for hangers. They were extremely unapologetic about it as well.

This place is terrible. I have gone multiple times and each time I say to myself "well it's not that bad, or maybe this stain was too big, or maybe they charge too much for just this item." I make excuses for them because they are conveniently close. Not any more! I dropped off 3 dresses and was given no price up front. When I go to pick them up... $65 bill and not a single stain is out. The staff is corteous but completely unhelpful. My only choice is to send them back and possibly risk them being ruined from the stronger chemicals or just take them as is. So basically I'm out $ 65 and nothing
