Services
The Sewing Box owner, Wendy Airesman, began her love affair with fabric arts as a young girl in 4-H club. As the years passed, she developed her extensive sewing skills through the creation of clothing, home decor and quilts. She made and wore her own clothes, made curtains for the house and baby blankets for gifts.
Classes must be paid for when scheduled, due to the small class size. If you already have fabric in your "stash" that will work for the project, you may bring it and use it for the class. However, any additional fabric required would need to be purchased at The Sewing Box. The same policy also applies to notions and supplies.
Above you will see the quilts that I have made and donated each year. As a fellow quilter, you understand and can appreciate the time, effort, and cost involved in this endeavor. With every stitch, I'm reminded of the lives that are lost to this dreaded disease, but also, with every dollar raised, I rejoice with the lives that are saved.

Wonderful quilt shop! A pleasure being in this shop! Wendy was so friendly and helpful to my mother and me as we selected fabric for 2 baby quilts. We didn't feel rushed or compelled to purchase fabric we didn't want. Lovely, creative environment! It was our first visit and we will definitely be returning!
