Rulli Bros
Rulli Bros. takes pride in offering one of the best selections of specialty items in the country! Stop by either location today see for yourself. For three generations and counting, Rulli Bros. has been family owned and operated, providing low prices and high-quality meats and produce to people in the Austintown and Boardman areas.

Founded in 1917 by Italian immigrant brothers Nicola and Frank Rulli, the business continues to operate today under the guidance of Frank's grandchildren and their families. Though it has been a century since Rulli Bros. was first founded, it still maintains some of its earliest traditions, including giving employees Sundays off and an emphasis on produce and Italian goods in addition to its wide range of other groceries.
Services
Amidst the turn of the century, Nicola Rulli and his brother Frank Rulli made the journey to America from their home of Calabria, Italy. Setting out to find a new beginning and work towards a shared dream, the Rulli brothers created their own path leading to what today has become a multi-location, 40,000+ item, Italian Gourmet Market.

Always great prices! I had to leave a review because when I was in the store was pretty busy but there was a gentleman in the meat department that was courteous to everyone especially the older ones who were shopping he was patient kind and even carried the one ladies meat to her cart. He showed what real customer service looks like. My cashier was also very friendly!! Always pleased with my purchases and shopping experience.

I love Rulli Brothers. I live in Pittsburgh now and there is nothing that compares. When I pass through that area, I try to so at Rullis. Really good meats and the prices are better then Giant Eagle.

I was looking for a fish market and this place showed up as being one. They have fresh fish that is frozen but the selection was a little bit limited. But the prices are not bad.

Absolute best place to buy your meats. I bought about 120 lb of meat every time I go between the ground beef, pork chops, Italian sausage, boneless chicken breast and not to mention the country ribs for my spaghetti sauce. Thank you really brothers for keeping prices down and the quality way above par

It's nice haven't been there for years. Was out of state out of mind The Deli meats n cheeses n pasta pickles etc where very reasonable prices r way higher now. Old Rulli bros was way better. Things always will rise inflation on most things I have seen the difference between both stores. Well maintained clean good jobs nice people

An all around good grocery store, great prices, good selection of Italian specialties. The prices are hard to beat, especially for lamb and veal. The loss of a star is that the produce tends to turn quicker than other stores, but the meat counter and Italian section is one of the best in the Valley. Try the South Ave store, it also has a great selection of wine as well!

What a fantastic selection of Italian, Greek and other ethnic foods! Great Customer Service, and everyone is especially helpful! Beautiful selection of wines and cheeses--one of my favorites! I like to use some of the fresh produce, meats and fresh breads to make one of my special Smoked Italian Pepper Loafs!

This used to be a good grocery store, but within the last two years it seems as though all the produce is near expiration and the meat smells. They say it's supposed to smell like that. I've been shopping for a lot of years and never smelled that anywhere else... I noticed the store seems to be more dirty than ever, not sure what's going on there.
The employees used to look happy working there not anymore they all look angry and act angry. What a shame, looked like they had a good thing going. I can't imagine them staying open much longer at this pace. good luck.

Fresher produce would be appreciated, as would customer service in response to complaints. On three separate occasions, we purchased produce, that turned out to be rotten. The third time, I went back the same day with the rotten veggies and my receipt. I was treated very rudely. I then sent a message through Fb to raise management's awareness. The message was read the next day, yet no response. My regular shopping is done elsewhere now. I'd avoided the store for weeks, until recently. I was in a hurry, and the location was convenient, so I ran in quickly to purchase veggies. Yep, you

I like everything about the store except for one thing. The express line. Ignorant, rude people with far more than a couple of items deliberately enter the line because it's short. Rarely do I hear the young ladies who work the register tell them to move over. Oh and the people who pull a number at the meat or deli counter and walk away only to return complaining their number was skipped.

Very well stocked in items. Also an impressive butcher shop on premise with high quality meats at great prices. Add friendly service and a very clean store to the equation and you equal a grocery store that is an excellent alternative to the larger chains.

I bought Rulli's grated parmesan and had to read the label after I ate it because I thought it was bleu cheese! (which I can't stand) Three days later I noticed that it was starting to turn blue. The manager would not take it back without the receipt or past three days! I told a friend and she said the same thing happened to her a while ago! All the money we spend there and they would not refund me for the moldy cheese! Beware of their strawberries and cantaloupe as well...if you go beyond the 3 days without eating them and they are rotten, you will not get your money back. Also

I had the Tuscan gnocchi and it was out of this world delicious!! The Italian greens and sausage were such a flavorful accompaniment to the gnocchi and garlic flavors. I sopped up every last bit of olive oil and flavoring left with the bread. Quality flavorful textured sausage perfectly cooked. The salad before hand had a great house dressing that was so fresh. Wish I lived here and could return .

I bought 5 lbs. of "fresh" boneless skinless chicken breast on a Tuesday evening and put it in my fridge until Friday afternoon and it smelled very bad and was very slimy. It was not edible. I would expect fresh chicken breast to keep in the fridge for 3 days without spoiling. The chicken had to have been past the expiration date when I bought it. No wonder there was a low price ...
I can't trust them again.
If I ever shop there again I will be sure to inspect the meat well by smelling it and requesting that the use by date also be stamped on the package.

I love this store that is why I gave it a 5 star rating. There is always a but since this is where I shop on a weekly basis I will give you a few tips and tricks for shopping here.

1. Do not go on a Saturday unless you are desperate and you are there first thing in the morning.

2. The first thing you do is grab an ad, and continue to the meat counter if you are buying meat.

3. Grab a ticket, don't be one of those people who stand in line and complain but never took a ticket. Depending on your number and how many are in front of you, go do some shopping and keep checking back to see if your

Do not purchase their ground meat, very poor quality. It is nothing but fat and bad tasting meat or no flavor at all. I cooked a pound and got 3/4 cup of fat. would rather buy ground meat from Save A Lot not as fatty and tastes like meat.Deli prices not too bad, meat their mostly good. Grocery prices a little high, but go for produce specials.

Rulli Brothers is a fantastic store! I'm new to the area and have been there only twice but have been really impressed both times. In Syracuse we have a couple specialty Italian markets but they are that - specialty stores. Rulli's has everything those stores carry plus a full line of regular groceries as well!

We tried their brand of pasta sauce and it was very good - can't wait to try the Bologonese that I bought last night. I haven't bought meat there yet but if the lines are any indication, it will be very good. I'm a little leary of how they handle

Rulli Bros always has special deals that require coupons. Sometimes it is a bag of lettuce for $.49- or milk for astonishingly low prices, etc. Get the flyer, rip out the coupon and go here.

Their meat lines are long- and yes, it is worth the wait. It is hard to find a butcher these days that stocks quality meat- but this place delivers. My advice? Take someone with you so one of you can stand in line at the counter and the other can get some things off the list at the same time.

Best produce prices I've come across. The kitchen has great items already made for a quick and easy dinner. Try the Italian greens and Italian sausage with peppers.
