Services
Our wedding and event rental company, Wood-n-Crate Designs, started on Sept. 4, 2015 with the marriage of our fourth child. While planning for the wedding, we created our Beverage Bar to serve Italian Sodas at the reception. With such an excited reaction from all of the guests at the event, we decided to make the bar, and subsequently our entire inventory, available to everyone for any wedding or event in Arizona.
The best value for any backyard wedding rental needs in Arizona! Our Backyard Wedding Bundle is designed to make your backyard wedding planning a piece of cake. The Bundle includes 80 seats, a dance floor large enough for ~150 guests, and plenty of lighting to light the entire yard. More tables and seating can be added if needed.

A great dance floor is a must have for any party or event. Our attractive dance floor rentals are sturdy and well-maintained. All of our dance floors are suitable for indoor and outdoor venues. They can be placed on grass or hard surfaces, but they cannot be placed on dirt, rocks, or gravel. We've all heard horror stories of beat-up, rickety dance floor rentals being delivered from low-budget party rental companies.
All of our arches are sturdy enough to support large weights of floral arrangements. In fact, many florists in the Phoenix Valley recommend clients to us specifically for how well our wedding arch rentals support heavy florals. We had a great experience working with Wood-n-Crate; our daughter's wedding had to be postponed several times due to Covid finally having the event a year later. The company was very willing to accommodate the date a couple of times, and on the week and day of the event, they were easy to contact and delivered an excellent service. I would recommend it to anyone.

We rented a beautiful wood arch and and a large jenga game set for our wedding in October. The arch was perfect! Great quality and sturdy. The woman that initially helped us decide what we wanted and walked us through the warehouse was amazing. They were very nice and work with you on picking up/dropping off. Overall, great experience and extremely happy!

We had an awesome experience working with Carole and her team. We had rented a green boxwood hedge backdrop for our son’s first birthday party and wanted his name cutout in wood, painted gold and mounted on the backdrop. Carole made sure that we knew all the options and the final product looked perfect! Everything was delivered and set up on time. This company is affordable, communication was great, customer service is excellent and they were an absolute delight to work with. Thank you so much. :)

My husband and I LOVED working with Wood-N-Crate for our ring ceremony and wedding reception! We rented the wood tables, benches, round tables, classic arch, beverage bar, wood backdrop, crates, ect and everything was BEAUTIFUL!! I also loved that they were on time with their delivery, set up, and take down! I will definitely be using them for any future event of mine and will be recommending them to all my friends!

I had the pleasure of working with Wood-n-Crate Designs on a styled shoot for my painting business. I was creating an intimate elopement ceremony design in the desert of Sedona. I reached out to the owner, and Carole immediately hopped on the opportunity to help and be apart of the shoot. I can not express how much Wood-n-Crate came through for us for my daughter wedding! The quality of their work is the best out there! But the part was working with one of the owners Carol who even helped with extra things like center pieces which saved me so much. The best take away I received other than our daughter getting married of course was that she was someone I could depend on and I reasonable considering the beautiful quality of her work. Wood n Crate not only have beautiful farm tables they were a delight to work with! There are so many companies out there charging an arm and leg for these tables, WoodnCrate allowed me to have the exact look I wanted at price I could afford! They were so sweet, threw in our sweetheart table for free! They always got back to me in a timely manner, usually same day- which is a great find in a vender! I was so happy to have them part of my day
