At the start of October this year Microsoft released their next version, Windows 11. Most users will find an app installed called PC Health Check from Microsoft. This will determine if your hardware meets the requirements for an in-place upgrade to Windows 11. If so, you can begin the upgrade from within the Windows Updates section.
As with any major Windows upgrade though, be sure to back up all of your files first! We have seen several users have the upgrade fail which required data recovery to get their files back. If your PC does NOT meet the requirements, you can most likely still upgrade to Windows 11 but will have to do so through a "clean install".

I have been using Level Seven for both my tablet and stand alone home computer for the last 3-4 years. I have found Bob to be Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and affordable; coupled with his strong focus upon "customer service." Supper easy to work with, called on Saturday morning and my computer was running very slow then would not open any pages, found i had a hard drive issue, that was replaced by Monday and works better than it has for a very long time. THANKS again Level Seven. I originally found this company through a post on there website.

I brought my sister's laptop in to have a cracked screen replaced and they were able to get it repaired and back to me before other places said they would even have a chance to look at it. Amazing service! Level Seven has to be the best computer repair place in Lincoln!

They went out of their way to identify the correct hard drive we needed, found it locally on sale, and helped us get the computer fixed and back the same day when Best Buy Geek Squad told us everything wrong. They were also significantly cheaper than several other companies in town to do the same work. Amazing people to work with. Will definitely recommend them and will go back to them again.

I took my laptop to a different, local repair shop first, where I was told I would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get my screen replaced. After I took it to Level 7, they replaced my screen and I had it back within 24 hours. Laptop is as good as new. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I'm a real person, not an actor. lol I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but need to tell you about my experience with Level Seven. If you are looking for the place to go with your computer, GO HERE!!!!
Sept 16th, I took my 6-year old DELL laptop in to Level Seven, (which was running old Windows-7) to have it upgraded. As long as I had it in, I thought best to have it looked all over, kind of a physical. It was running pretty slow and I wasn't even using half of the space available. Came to find out, one of the reasons it's going slow, is that the hard drive was going bad.
