You can't please everyone no matter what you do.
I have been reading some of these reviews and the ones that have had a bad experience have not been completely honest on here. The reviewers do not tell the whole story. They leave out how they treated us or how the artwork that they would bring in was not high quality in the first place or how if the sign wasn't ready when we open at 9am when they put in the order in the late afternoon the day before.
