As members of the community we enjoy helping our neighbors clean up their properties. In addition to helping clean properties we can keep stuff from ending up in the landfill We recycle, reuse, and donate everything we can. We also enjoy giving back to the community and donate to animal shelters and rescues, food pantries, and other organizations.

Having a rental property can have a lot of headaches. We will come clean out properties when residence leave so you can turn around and rent the property quicker. Just say 'Yes' and we will get started right away or book an appointment at your convenience. Once we are done we will make sure you are happy with the result before payment is expected.

Great small town museum. Works of art from ranging from Frederick Church, Thomas Cole, Edward Hopper, Jackson Pollock, and Mark Rothko. Much of the art focuses on New York State and the Mohawk Valley. Saw interesting exhibition on "Fashioning Art From Paper," featuring an artist that constructed garments from different periods of history ranging from the Renaissance to the early 20th Century.
Fountain Elms house connected to museum is also a must see. Well decorated. Reflective of the Gilded Age.
Admission is free! Can't go wrong here.

Anyone visiting the Utica area should take time to visit. One of the things I miss the most about living in this area is visiting this museum. It's always well worth the time

MWPAI is a must-visit Utica destination. The collection includes beautifully curated pieces from a variety of artists of all mediums. Featured exhibits change every several months, so there is always something new to experience. The gift shop features local collectibles and niche pieces for artists, jewelry enthusiasts, and anyone looking for something unique. They are active on social media and always post about exciting events; Happy Hours, Musical Acts, Children's Entertainment & Art Programs, Yoga, and the Annual Sidewalk Arts Festival in the Summer. So much to see and do! Enjoy lunch on-site

Visited this past winter, and was thoroughly impressed! Lovely collection, and some of the most informative little placards I've seen in any museum. Excellent mix of more traditional, local art (e.g. Hudson River school), and modern works as well. Can't recommend enough!

I really enjoyed the building space. The ceiling brings in natural light. They have a connected building that has a bakery.
There is parking in the rear and on the street.
We went to go check out the Tiffany exhibit. It was really cool.
