Christina was amazing to work with. Her assistant was also greta. Their communication throughout the sale of my condo was incredible especially since I live out of State. We made offers on 3 Condos before closing on a condo the end of April 2019. The entire time we kept in touch either by texting, emailing or calling to discuss what was available. In October 2018, I "googled" golf course communities and Christina's website, Sarasota Bay Real Estate, was one of the results. I looked at several websites; but, each time, kept going back to hers because each course was listed separately and homes for sale were listed within each golf course. Details about each community were displayed. When I would see a possible home, I would then research the golf course itself for initiation costs, monthly dues, etc. By using this combination, it was easy to narrow down choices. Our first Sarasota purchase in 2011, Christina worked us hard shopping houses for several days with no results. We did learn the market at our price point, but went back to MI disappointed. Then Christina found it. Then Christina helped us negotiate a short sale at $20k less than we were prepared to pay. Great job all around.
Our second purchase in March 2017, we found a new build in progress, and she saved us $18k, then sold our first house in less than average time and for very near list price. Again, excellent job.

Last September we started looking on line at Real Estate agencies in the Sarasota area.We came across several, all but Sarasota Bay required extensive personal information to just gain access to the listings.
