I cannot thank you all enough for helping us out after we had pipes bust during the freeze. The guys that came were knowledgeable and quick. They explained what they did and didn't give a Houston freeze pricing. I heard horror stories but you all are now my forever go to for plumbing.

George was one of the few plumbers to answer his phone and put us on his schedule for emergency repairs during the recent big freeze. He regularly responded regarding schedule and showed up today during the scheduled window. Polite and professional we had water restored about an hour after his arrival.

Super friendly guys. They sent a guy out for free to inspect my situation and give me a price on what I wanted. The cash discounts are incredible. They are very thorough an professional. Absolutely amazing! Came out within an hour to convert my gas line so I could hook up my dryer and price was very reasonable. He even helped me bring my dryer in and hook it up!. I will be using this company again 100% and highly recommend.

We called J&G for prior work and were satisfied. This time, however, no such luck. My phone call was answered right away, a time was scheduled, and I was asked to text my address. I found out that my husband had a doctor's appointment and texted right back to see if we could move the appointment forward a few hours. No response. Texted again. No response. My husband finally called and they were to be out at 5:00. We cancelled dinner plans to make sure we were home. They never showed up and never called. Too bad, while they were out I was going to also get a quote for whole-house repipe

This is to review my first experience with J&G and May say what a surprise. Called with a bit of an emergency and these guys from start to finish were informative and profesional. Showed up to the house glanced at our problem and within a few minutes got a quote for the repair. The second I said let's do it Clifford was on a roll to make it happen. A few hours later we received confirmation that everything was done. They made sure everything was working as it should before leaving.

I called them when the hot water heater needed to be replaced. They came on the same day to check out the set up and were back the next day. It was incredibly hot and the water heater was in the attic. They were very efficient and fast. They took the time to explain the functions and maintenance. Great company. Highly recommend.

Excellent plumbing installation of our new faucets. They arrived right on time and did a very thorough installation. Having two instead of one plumber show up was really nice and took very little time. They always answer the phone unlike most plumbers and gave me a reasonable estimate right over the phone. George from J&G Plumbing came over to my house about a week and a half ago to replace my broken faucet and a major drain problem in my upstairs bathroom. When I called to schedule an appointment, I called late in the day. To my surprise, George answered (not an answering sevice) and worked around my schedule. He came over on a Saturday and didn't charge extra because it was the weekend. He was quick but thorough. He was also really responsive when I texted him. He showed up on time, too. I am very happy with the work that was done and will only be calling J&G when I have a plumbing
