Called more about 10 possible contractors for the a complete tuckpointing of my house. about a third never showed for a quote. I could tell right away when Chester showed up he knew how to quote a job and provide the service I needed. His quote was complete and professional. Once I received it, I cancelled the appopintment with the final prospective tuckpointing company. The work of Chester, his son and the rest of the crew was professional and outstanding -- and fast, too, done in half a day.

We used Acorn to repair a brick garden wall and tuckpoint the chimney at my parents’ house earlier this summer. Chester and his team were professional and pleasant to work with. My mom was so impressed that she wanted to make sure everyone knows they did a great job! Lol They provided a detailed written quote. We received 7 quotes and only one other business provided a written quote but it lacked the detail of Acorn’s. The price was reasonable. They weren’t the cheapest but not the most expensive. We had some rain which kept delaying the project but Chester reached out to ME to let me know

All the dealings with Acorn Tuckpointing was excellent in every way. From 1-10 with 10 being the best, I rate them the highest part of 10. Chester the dad and his three boys worked like well oiled machines together. I would definitely recommend and would hire them again if I needed masonry or chimney work to be done.

Exceeded my expectations. From thr initial call to completion of work, a very good experience. I found everyone to be professionally friendly, knowledgeable. The services quoted were explained clearly. When the crew arrived, as scheduled, each person was introduced, we did a quick walk through the job. Then they got to work, all business. I thought each man was quite skilled. When completed, I was asked to inspect the work which again, exceeded my expectations and cleanup was thorough. 2 neighbors came by and asked what I though of experience.
