I was involved in a construction accident that left me with a broken leg. I called friends who used work injury law firms before and two suggested I contact Greenberg and Ruby Injury Attorneys. I checked all of their reviews and thought they’d be a good choice cause it’s a third party liability case and my friends. I was speaking to Deby who then transferred me to Emily. Broke my back in a scaffold accident in 2017. Workers comp was completely inadequate and I was concerned I was getting screwed, so, after some online searching, reached out to Greenberg Ruby. Emily gave me a free case evaluation during which she found that I may be eligible for a third party liability claim (instead of just receiving workers comp, I would get to receive compensation through a personal injury lawsuit). She was right and I received workers’ comp on top of a large personal injury settlement. 3-5x what I would have received if I’d just done workers comp. Thanks Emily and Deby.

I had a relatively minor work injury case and needed counsel. Even though my situation wasn’t a fit for the firm, the woman I spoke with (Deby?) was extremely helpful and spent a great deal of time giving me direction as to what I can do. I had contacted numerous different firms for this and very few gave me a call back and those that did were not friendly about having to “deal with” me. The lawyers at Greenberg Ruby were the best people to handle my case. I was in an accident while on the clock and they ended up filing suit against different companies on my behalf. If I had gone with my other choice, I doubt I would have received half of what I did because they weren’t interested in suing other companies. The insurance covering the other driver, their employer, and my vehicle manufacturer all got dragged into the fight in which I eventually ended up on top. I don’t think the staff at Greenberg Ruby sleeps. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Greenberg & Ruby, LLP following the completion of my construction accident case. Emily Ruby was fantastic…honest, professional, and willing to give me her time when I needed it. Although I had workers comp, there was a third party responsible for my injuries. I would not have known this had I not called Emily. She investigated my situation and was able to find this responsible third party. Had she not, I would have only received a fraction of the amount that I will receive. Can’t sing their praises enough. Emily Ruby is a godsend. I got hurt BADLY at work, saw a Greenberg & Ruby, LLP article online talking about my specific type of situation, and gave the firm a call. They were fantastic right from the beginning. Emily is caring and extremely smart, what I didn’t know is that she is secretly a blood-thirsty bulldog! I used Emily Ruby several years ago and she was amazing! She helped me through a bad car accident with injuries and a totaled car. The people who hit me were visiting from another country and it was hard to track things down and even to deal with my own insurance. To make things worse I was bad at record keeping :). Emily helped me through step by step and eventually got me a great settlement so I could replace my car and pay my bills and I even got a lot extra!
