I value local business so when I heard about this company and how good their reviews were I wanted to give them a try....and I’m extremely happy and grateful that i did!!! Not only is their customer service amazing, their entire staff is courteous and extremely knowledgeable as well!! We had the best experience with BoxDrop from the time we walked in the store, made a purchase to delivery and now we sleep well. Best customer service, honest, and helpful. Our salesman made our purchase so easy and was extremely helpful. I have been to several stores and by far they are best in town! I could go on but if you need delivery they are very professional. Our delivery person had to deliver two mattresses up 2 flights of stairs! I cant say thank you enough!
