I have been recommended by a few people to call Ken Caryl Glass. At the moment I had a repair issue with a shower glass door. They didn't offer repairs for item but referred me to a great person- Home Tech Handyman. Honest, reliable, reasonable prices.

I had a great experience with this company which I found to be very honest. They came to my home, inspected my broken window, and fixed the major issue very quickly. They also advised me how repairing the window in full would be very expensive and would not be worth it. I love that they got my window to 90% of where I wanted it to be at a fraction of the cost thanks to their honesty!

My wife and I recently purchased some glass shower doors for our new house and we are extremely happy with how they turned out! There was a bit of a mix up on one of the doors, but they fixed the problem right away and made sure we ended up with what we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and responded to everything extremely fast. They did an amazing job with the installation and our showers now look amazing!

They installed the doors to our building and after about 7 months one of the doors broke from the wind pulling it open. Called to speak about someone coming out to inspect it as it was slamming so hard that I was worried about the glass breaking. To have someone come out sooner than over a week out the person on the phone said I would be on the hook for whatever they did to the door. I'm a business owner and when someone who is a returning customer has an issue you come out as soon as possible and fix it and you either do it for free or at a discount. Sorry now impressed with the customer

I have needed assistance with older home replacement parts; from window cranks and shoes, to door handles, to specialty pieces. The team is always helpful and easy to work with. Any order I have placed has either come in on time, or early. They are very good with communication and always followed up on my orders. All expectations are met when working with their team.

What a great experience! Needed to replace a broken pane of glass on a fireplace insert. Called first to make sure they could do it and was greeted by a friendly and helpful customer service rep. Sorry I can't remember her name but she was most helpful. I brought the door to them, they evaluated it, told me the type of glass (specialty fir the fireplace), size, cost and time-frame to get it fixed all upfront. Quoted me a 4 day turn time bus said they would get to it sooner if they could. Received a call from them 2 days later letting me know it was finished and ready to go. Great craftsmanship

They're great. You can read the testimonials about how exceptional they are for their regular customers, but this is about my experience as a an individual. While working on my garage door I had broken a couple of panes of glass and needed to replace them. I took in an unbroken one for them to measure and match the glass. Everyone from the front office staff to the technicians exude professionalism and friendly service. They provided exactly what I needed while I waited for a few minutes. Good price, professionals who know their business, and delightful service - what more can you ask for?

I needed to get some mirror glass, as I had ordered a custom mirror on Etsy and it came broke. Their quote was super reasonable, and they literally had it ready the next day. There was a slight issue with it, and they quickly cut me another mirror and had that ready the very next day. Good customer service and quick and efficient experience. My contractor recommended them and I would too!

Ken Caryl Glass is my go-to when the tempered glass panels on my security door catch a small rock at just the right spot and shatter. I have replaced glass panels in my frame 3 times over the years, as recently as last week! The price is reasonable and everyone I've worked with -- from the front office to the experts replacing the glass in the shop -- is welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend KCG!

I will go back to Ken Caryl Glass with all of my window needs going forward. They were prompt, courteous and very kind throughout a difficult situation where a home buyer was demanding a new window be installed before closing on a home. The ladies who worked with me on the phone to get this done as quickly as possible could not have been more patient, or more helpful than they were. The finished product looked great! The best part about working with them was that when I called them, there was a human on the other end of the phone every single time. No automated system!!!

When I bought my house in Highlands Ranch, the only thing needed was to replace the master bedroom window & the small window on the shed. So first step in finding a good window company was to check around, look in flyers, and of course check Yelp!
I set up 3 estimates with Pella, Anderson & Ken Caryl Glass, with the latter being the first estimate, followed by the other 2. Both Pella & Anderson stayed in the house for over an hour, showing me about UV rays, double pane glass, and both tried to talk me into getting windows in the whole house, although the other windows in the home

These guys can do it ALL! I needed a custom piece of frosted glass for a halogen kitchen light fixture so I filled in their web form asking if they could cut the piece I needed. I had found that many places can't cut less than 3 inches - mine was 2 1/4". Within a day Jennifer had my order. The next day the custom cut glass was ready so I drove 15 minutes from my home to pick it up. The dimensions and quality are perfect. Obviously, I highly recommend Ken Caryl Glass!

I just want to offer up a huge thank you to Ian and the rest of the team at Ken Caryl Glass for replacing my windows. I live downtown Denver, and it was incredibly challenging to find a firm that was willing to take on a tough job. I live in the second story of a building, and I needed to have two large windows replaced. Almost every other firm I spoke to simply said "no thanks," it was too difficult for them.

Absolutely ecstatic with our new seamless shower enclosures. Our installers, Joe and Aaron, ensured each piece of glass was placed exactly where we wanted, and were meticulous in completing all the silicon seams. Our business has used this company many times, we have a custom metal shop and do some construction. They have always given us a good price, and I have always spoken with someone immediately when I call. They are always very polite. Sometimes they do not get back with you immediately but always within a day or so and they have always been professional with us.
