Similar story to the other negative reviews. They double billed me for an EKG that fortunately my insurance company found. I opened 2 claims to question a bill, did a live chat, and emailed. Despite all of that, I received a letter saying I had not responded to their initial notice and they were turning me over to collections. My insurance company has opened a claim and have advised me to not pay this bill but after reading all of these reviews of this company ruining peoples credit, I feel like I do not have a choice. DO NOT use this hospital for services!!

In 2016 I went to the emergency room, had insurance, showed the card, and left, thinking everything was fine, except I had to have stitches in my foot. Well, in 2019, THREE YEARS LATER, I get a call from a collection agency saying I owed over $1,000+. I had a totally different job in 2019 and a totally different insurance company. Working with Connie (ECEP II, PA who was extremely politely, knowledgeable, and helpful) and BCBS we resolved the issue because it was filed incorrectly...so I thought. In 2021 I received another call from the collection agency. I called ECEP II, PA and Connie was still

I showed up right when they were closing 6 months ago in September because I had split my chin open and needed stitches. I was stopped outside and was told they were closing and couldn’t help me, which is fine. But here we are in March and for some reason i’m getting billed for that night. So I strongly recommend not even stepping near this place if you don’t want a debt collector crawling breathing down your neck.

Edit on 3/20/2021- I contacted the billing department again in February and had a much shorter wait time. They redirected me back to the main office as my account had been closed on their end. The main office was incredibly helpful this for around and they were able to get everything sorted out for me. They were kind, quickly, and incredibly helpful. I feel cannot give a 5 star review based on the amount of confusion/time spent/unnecessary stressed caused/impact on my credit score and financial capabilities. However, I am pleased with the final outcome and am incredibly appreciative of the work

First, these physicians tried to discharge me once they were made aware I was uninsured even though I was unable to walk with a herniated disc. They loaded me full of drugs, told me I would likely need surgery, and tried to send me on my way with a bill that was over $1000. Received a bill and set up a payment plan in February 2020. Never received another bill or phone call from them once this was done. They sent my account to collections during the pandemic and it is now showing on my credit report. No contact whatsoever until a year later and from a debt collector. The debt collector had all

My husband went to the emergency room in July and was billed by NHRMC. He recently received a bill from this group for an additional $1182 when he had already paid the hospital around $2000 after his BCBS of NC insurance was filed. He has never been to this practice but apparently saw a doctor from this group in the emergency room. Long story short I read reviews about billing and called. The first phone option was “if you are an attorney press 1.” That spoke volumes. I called on a Saturday so I emailed. I’m still trying to get this worked out but check your billing information carefully

This billing agency is disorganized and extremely crooked. We never received a bill for our daughter’s ED visit from ECEP II PA. Never received the text messages they supposedly sent. Never received an EOB to show that it had been filed with our insurance. We received a notice it had been sent to collections only. When I called to inquire, they responded that they admitted that they never sent a bill. Their Reason being, they didn’t have the address to send a bill. But they remarkably had the address to give to the collections agency! They also claimed to not have our insurance info as to why
