If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Dr. Schaffer and his staff made my first cosmetic surgery; breast augmentation, at the age of 24, the absolute best experience. From consultation day Dr. Schaffer made sure I felt comfortable and answered all the questions I had. It was my first time getting anesthesia and on the day of surgery, the staff, Dr. Schaffer, and my anesthetist calmed all my nerves. I know a few friends who had a breast augmentation done at another practice and shared how horrible the recovery was. I had a completely different experience and had the best recovery I could have

I have had such a wonderful experience with Schaffer Plastic Surgery. This was my first cosmetic procedure, and I was extremely hesitant going into my consultation. Dr. Schaffer and his nurses were so kind and patient to answer my 10 million questions, and by the time the appointment ended I was hoping I could book surgery for the next day. 😂 (Side… note: their surgery scheduler is also so sweet!) I loved having the procedure performed in their beautiful office instead of the hospital (with the added peace of mind that Grandview is just across the street if needed), and everyone

Today I came in for my 1 month check up on my breast implants. I am a small frame petite build and choose to do saline implants at 360cc on each side. I can't say enough amazing things about my whole experience. We live almost 2 and a half hrs away and from the beginning the entire staff was very accommodating from covering as much as possible in… each apt to decrease my trips and even allowing me to have a surgery time that worked well for our commute.
The staff is amazing, professional and caring. Even tho they don't know me personally I always feel like I've known them for yrs every time

I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr Shaffer along with Botox, I’m so pleased with how they turned out, they are exactly the look I had showed them I wanted. Joely was so informative and took her time to listen to me and give me her opinion which was so helpful. The entire staff go above and beyond to ensure your happiness.
