I absolutely recommend this party equipment company! The owner is super nice to work with, working graciously with my last minute add-ons, and the delivery guy was very professional and fast! He also did well with my kids excitement around him as they didn't know how big that moon bounce was going to be! We rented the Disney deluxe princess castle and it is HUGE! Like, 2 stories high with those awesome towers! That alone was a show stopper! It wasn't in pristine condition, I am sure that is impossible with these things and it didn't deter the jumping, just some ripped netting over the slide, which

Company said they would refund me after they were late and had at least 5 other parties to set up moon bounces for then the manager called me back saying they could not refund their 100$ insurance. This is a lie. The manager told me he had to reimburse his drivers for lost time and that I would be paying 100$ for "insurance" I will never be working with this company again. It was raining which is why they refunded the money which is their policy and he is the one who offered. The parties parking lot was less than 20 feet from the parking lot they claimed to be in. Another company cancelled my jumper reservation days before my sons birthday, luckily I found fun kids jump and they came through for us!!! We got a combo jump and an snow cone machine!
Two guys delivered everything early set it up and ensured all was good to go.
Every person I spoke to from booking to payment to delivery were professional and had excellent customer service. I recommend them and would use them again.

I rented a large bounce house, table and chairs. All was delivered and set up on time and removed on time as well. The gentlemen wiped down the inside of the bounce house and set the table and chairs up for us, a service not done by a previously used company. Note-this was a family party so the condition of the table and chairs were not at issue. If your renting for something formal let them know and perhaps they have some that are a bit more pristine.
Due to family issues we needed to reschedule twice and they were super accommodating. I highly recommend this company!

I rented a bounce castle two weeks before my daughters birthday party(first time ever)and checked the weather daily. I called these poor people 3 times in one week to change the date of the delivery. They were always kind, understanding and helpful. My party was scheduled for one. The bouncy castle arrived around 11 giving my girls plenty of VIP time before the party. For the price, the service and quality of the castle was just amazing. The delivery men were very nice and the castle was super clean. It was a huge hit. I'll be using them for every party rental I need. I highly recommended

I can’t say enough good things about fun kids jump!! From the quick and easy online rental, to the delivery and setup ,to take down of the bounce house our whole experience was awesome!! This was my first time renting a bounce house and I also did it last minute (like the morning before I needed it) and I was still able to be accommodated. The 2 men that came to set it up were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and all around great guys!! I highly recommend fun kids jump and we will definitely be using them in the future!

Great company. Easy ordering and smooth process. We ordered a moonbounce and double waterslide for my daughter's birthday. They offer the best prices and easy delivery and longer hours for the price. The crew was so friendly and did a great job making sure everything went well for the party. The friendliest guys setting up heavy stuff in 90 degree heat, I give them credit. Our school LOVES Fun Kids Jump! We rent a moon bounce every year for our annual Truck Touch Rockville and are always so pleased with the customer service and the quality of the moon bounce. I found Fun Kids Jump through a Google search and was impressed by their rates and selection. I called to check them out and ask a few questions, just to be sure. They were responsive and thorough. I booked online and ordered a Moonbounce as well as tables and chairs. They provided great communication in advance and were responsive to a schedule change the week of the party. The Moonbounce arrived early, which delighted my son. Nice staff, everything as expected. Moonbounce was a hit! Pick up was quick and easy at the end of the day. Will rent from them again!

This review is way overdue. I've rented moonbounces from Fun Kids Jump several times and have never been dissapointed. The delivery people always arrive early to set up the moonbounce. They go over the rules and safety procedures with us before leaving. The moonbounces have always been clean and the kids have loved every single one we've rented. They stay occupied allowing the adults to have a great time during the parties. They also have snow cone and popcorn machines, which are great in the summer!! I've also rented tables, chairs and table clothes for events I've hosted

I recently had an excellent experience with this company. I've never rented a moon bounce before, and first identified this company through Yelp. When I called to reserve a bounce/slide combo for my daughter's birthday party I found Eddie (a co-owner) to be a big help in figuring out what would fit in my smallish and not-entirely-flat yard. On the day of the party Eddie showed up personally to do the set-up of the moon bounce, and later returned to do the breakdown. Eddie and his team were punctual and professional. Having dealt with a couple of other companies in the area, these guys are the best. They dropped off early, all the equipment was in good shape, staff was really friendly, and they picked up on time (actually gave us extra time). I will be doing business again with these folks. I once had a horrible experience with another vendor that was late setting up, staff who didn't know what they were doing, etc. I was so happy today when it all went so nicely!

I recently was charged with organizing our schools Fun fair. After reading good reviews I chose Fun Kids Jump for our moon bounce needs. We ordered 2 moon bounces. They arrived early and picked up right on time. They were thorough and friendly . I have recommended them to all the other PTA members. We will probably use them again next year. Great!
