Tom, currently in his 15th year with H&H, has spent the last five years programming/operating our two Water Jets. This department has manufactured parts for the U.S. Military Defense, electronics industry and even the off-road vehicle trade. In his 21st year at H&H, Karl programs and operates our seven Wire EDM's and our EDM drilling device.
This department has produced parts for elite racing circuits, extrusion molds and U.S. Military testing centers. The Wire Department can cut conductive materials up to 16 high. Acute accuracy and superior finish is this department's specialty. Holding down the fort for 25 years, Larry has been programming and operating the Lathe Departments six CNC's.

Services
With our Wire EDM capabilities, we are able to achieve tolerances within +/-.0002 and the ability to cut tapers up to 30°. With our Water Jetting capabilities, we have the ability to easily cut an array of materials and thicknesses, from stone, metal, plastic and glass, to rubber, ceramics, composites, aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium.
